So.. I've been MIA. I have no big excuses other than the fact that real life is sometimes enough. I had a wonderful and relaxing time during the holidays, and guess I just continued to be in relaxation mode for far longer than I planned. But, now I'm back! I've been tagged by my favorite Texan Jessica with the meme Six weird things. I'm sure you all have heard about it. So without further ado, here's six weird things about me. The list of course could be far longer than six.
1. I have a thing about even numbers. The volume on the stereo - need to be an even number. Flowerpots in the window - need to be two. If I ruled the world everything would be even numbers or pairs.
2. I swear like a sailor. I do try and moderate myself when out in public. But when I hit a toe in a door or something like that some really bad (and I mean really bad like I'm ashamed afterwards) swear words come out faster than I can control. I need to work on this one.
3. I sleep with my feet outside of the bed. I freak out and can't sleep if I have to sleep in a bed with a baseboard, and can't stick my feet out. Plus I sleep on my stomach and put my pillow between my arms (stretched over my head) rather than under my head.
4. I need my clothes to be folded my way. There's no other way. I refold my clothes if mr. D folds them for me. There's my way and the wrong way.
5. I have a thing about talking on the phone - I need to be alone (as in alone in the room) when making phone calls other than close family. But I rather take those calls alone too, when I think about it. Thinking really hard about it, I like to be alone for many things. I'm a loner. I work better on my own.
6. I rub my feet together when going to sleep. This sometimes annoys the heck out of mr. D because of the sound it makes (you know.. the rubbing sound). I also do this when I'm really comfortable on the couch.
So. Six weird things you probably didn't want to know about me. Feels good to be back blogging. Now, if I could only get back to crafting.
